Before reaching out, check the MockServer Docs — most common questions about setting up endpoints, path parameters, custom headers, and traffic logs are answered there. It is the fastest way to get unblocked.
Bug Reports
Found a bug or unexpected behaviour? Email us at info@mockserver.in with subject line "Bug Report". Include the steps to reproduce, the expected behaviour, and what you actually saw.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us respond as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:
- The email address associated with your MockServer account.
- A clear description of what you are experiencing or asking about.
- For bugs: the endpoint slug, the request you made, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
- For billing issues: the approximate date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card used (never send full card details by email).

For privacy-related requests — including account deletion, data export, or questions about how your data is handled — please review our Privacy Policy first, then email info@mockserver.in with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond to all privacy requests within 5 business days.
